The Billing section in VoiceCreator.ai allows users to manage their subscription plans, payment methods, billing information, and access their invoice history. Below is a detailed guide to understanding and navigating the billing page.


Subscription Plans

Available Plans

VoiceCreator.ai offers different subscription plans tailored to different business needs:

Changing Your Plan

To change your subscription plan:

  1. Click on the plan you would like to switch to.
  2. Confirm the change.
    • Your new plan will take effect immediately. Any pro-rated charges or credits will be reflected in your next invoice.

Manage Billing

The Manage Billing button allows you to:

  • Update payment information.
  • View payment history and download invoices.

This section consolidates all billing-related actions for your convenience.

Payment Methods

Manage your payment methods under the Payment Methods section. Here you can:

  • View existing payment methods.
  • Add a new payment method.
  • Remove outdated payment methods.

Each payment method displays:

  • Card type
  • Last four digits
  • Expiry date

Billing Information

Keep your billing information up to date under the Billing Information section. Editable fields include:

  • Name: Account or business name.
  • Email: Billing contact email.
  • Billing Address: Full address for invoicing.
  • Phone Number: Contact number.
  • Tax ID: (e.g., ABN for Australian businesses).

To make updates, click "Update Information".

Invoice History

View past payments and download invoices under the Invoice History section. Each entry shows:

  • Date: The date of payment.
  • Amount: The total billed.
  • Status: Paid or Pending.
  • Description: The subscription plan associated with the payment.

Invoices can be downloaded by clicking on the respective entries.


How to Cancel a Subscription

To cancel your current subscription:

  1. Click the "Cancel Subscription" button under the subscription details.
  2. Confirm the cancellation when prompted.

Notes

  • All prices are in AUD.
  • Minutes included in the plan reset every billing cycle.
  • Additional minutes beyond the plan allowance are charged at the rate specified in the plan.
