Cognitive Creators Pty Ltd. ("VoiceCreator", "us", "we", or "our") operates the VoiceCreator platform and website (the "Service"). Welcome, and thank you for your interest in VoiceCreator. These Website Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Service (defined in Section 1.1). These Terms are a legally binding contract between you and VoiceCreator regarding your use of the Service.

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD, AND, AS A CONDITION TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. If you are not eligible or do not agree to these Terms, you do not have our permission to use the Service. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, AND VoiceCreator's PROVISION OF THE SERVICE TO YOU, CONSTITUTES AN AGREEMENT BY YOU AND US TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

Arbitration Notice

Except for certain disputes described in Section 11, you agree that disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration. BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS, YOU AND VoiceCreator WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. YOUR RIGHTS WILL BE DETERMINED BY A NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR, NOT A JUDGE OR JURY.

1. Overview

1.1. As used throughout these Terms, the "Service" refers to all portions of the website located at https://voicecreator.ai (including related subdomains), whether public-facing or accessible behind a log-in, and all features, functionality, content, and materials available on or through such website.

1.2. The Service provides you with information about our products and services and includes a platform designed to enable users to build and deploy AI-powered voice assistants.

Your use of the Service is subject to all additional terms applicable to specific portions or features of the Service that we may post, link to, or otherwise make available to you (collectively, the "Additional Terms"). 11.2. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in New South Wales. Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English and subject to the Australian Arbitration Rules. Exceptions to arbitration include claims that qualify for small claims court or equitable relief in cases of intellectual property rights infringement.
