Voice Library

Overview

The Voice Library allows you to manage and explore a variety of voices available for your VoiceCreator.ai assistants. You can choose from public voices or upload your own private voices to ensure your assistant has the perfect tone and personality to suit your business needs.


Public Voices

Features:

  • Predefined Voices: Browse a wide selection of professionally crafted voices in the Public Voices section.
    Examples include:
    • Andi - Professional Aussie Female: A professional, friendly female voice with an Australian accent.
    • The Friendly Male Aussie: A middle-aged male voice with a warm, friendly tone and Australian accent.
    • Shaun’s Professional Voice Clone: A customised male voice designed for professional settings.
  • Filters: Narrow down your search using filters:
    • Gender: Male, Female, or Neutral.
    • Accent: Australian, British, American, etc.

Actions:

  • Preview Voices: Click the play button next to a voice to hear a sample.
  • Details: View additional information about the voice, such as ideal use cases (e.g., narration, customer service, storytelling).

Private Voices

Features:

  • Upload your own voice models to create unique and private voice options for your assistants.
  • Private voices are not shared publicly and are only available for use within your organisation.

Actions:

  • Add Private Voice:
    1. Click the Add Voice button at the top of the page.
    2. Upload your voice model file and provide a descriptive name.
    3. Save the voice to make it available in your library.

Sync Voices

Ensure your voice library is up to date with the latest public and private voice models by clicking the Sync button.


How to Use Voices in Your Assistant

Once you’ve selected or uploaded a voice, you can assign it to your assistant:

  1. Navigate to the Assistant Settings page.
  2. Select the desired voice from the Voice Library dropdown menu.
  3. Save your changes to apply the voice to your assistant.

Tips for Choosing the Right Voice

  • Professional Settings: Choose formal and clear voices like Andi - Professional Aussie Female for business calls.
  • Friendly Interactions: Opt for warm tones like The Friendly Male Aussie to create a more approachable atmosphere.
  • Custom Branding: Use private voices to match your company’s unique identity.
